Forex Robot World Cup Official Video

If you haven’t heard of the FWRC (Forex Robot World Cup) competition, it’s time that you did.

This is an exceptional initiative, which is supported by the major brokers, with a simple goal: to find reliable robots through a transparent competition without manipulation, without hype, without shady promotion tactics (as used by many unscrupulous marketeres in the Forex niche).

As someone who fell for quite a few Forex scams, I totally support this initiative and hope that you too. It’s time that someone helped to separate the real robots from the scammy ones.

Here are a few things you should know about this competition:

  • All the robots which participated were non-commercial ones.
  • Results were updated every 15 minutes and shown live on the official site.
  • Total prize money for the development of the top robots is $150,000.
  • The competition had 329 entries, but only 24 made it through the screening stage to the live competition stage.

Now, the administrators of the FRWC have published a short video presentation in which they go over key elements of the competition. In the video you can learn:

  • How the robots were screened so over 300 were not allowed to enter the competition at all.
  • The truth about backtesting and why live trading results are much better.
  • How to see the final results of the competition.
  • How the competition made sure the results were straight and transparent.

This is truly exciting as we all know how it’s important to be able to really tell the good robots from the bad.
