Do You Have a Forex Goal?

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why you’re trading forex?

Most people dream of easy money or big money and never really take the time to think about their real goals. What is Forex to you? What is the wish you hope will be fulfilled by being involved in this market?

The reason I am asking this is because only when you realize what your goals are, can you really begin formulating a game plan. For instance, if you just wish to make an extra $500 a month, then you need to trade much less than a person who wants to make $10,000 a month (and yes, it is very possible).

In addition, the level of expertise you require depends on your goals. Someone who wishes to make Forex trading his or her full time income needs to be willing to invest a great deal of time and money in acquiring the best Forex education and systems. You need to be willing to try out and fail with many tools and methods and be willing to accept these as a necessary learning curve.

The point I’m making is that you have to figure out what you want from Forex. By doing so, you’ll be able to make better decisions as to your time and money.

It is possible to make a full income on Forex. It is also possible to get rich with trading alone. However, both of these things require effort and determination on your part. Often, you’re too busy to make this kind of effort, and that’s okay. Forex can be a part time thing. It is exactly that for many people.

Only you can know what it is that you want from Forex, what you hope to achieve. Take the time before your next trade and figure out your goals. It will help you become a better trader.
